| Facel III |
The Facel III was the company's answer to the reliability problems of the Facellia. This
time Facel used the very sturdy and well-tested 4-cylinder Volvo 1800 engine. Manual
4-speed transmission was standard; overdrive was optional. Although stylistically very
similar to the late-model Facellias, the Facel III had redesigned front grilles, rear
wings and tail lights - all following the example of the Facel II. |
